Running for My Life
One Lost Boy's Journey from the Killing Fields of Sudan to the Olympic Games
By Lopez Lomong, with Mark Tabb
This is an autobiography by Lopez Lomong telling his life story from being stolen at a young ago right from his church with his family, he was thrown into a whole new life of war and child soldiers. This was a very insperational book it tells a story of hope and believing in yourself and putting your life in gods hands. Lopez lived a very lucky life and he was grateful through everything that happened and he got a chance very few lost boys get. This story tells his journey from the refugee camp, to America, to a live in the spotlight living out his dream of being in the olyimpics and getting his education which he would of never been able to expericence staying in his poor community.
This would be a good book for people who need insperation in their life or just want to read a really great book about a lucky guy who worked hard and had some great breaks in life.
